My name is Gaétan and I'm the waiter of Xue Family Restaurant. I was born in 1986 in Belgium and at 5 years old my family decided to migrate to Britain. I 've been working in this restaurant since 2007 and been loving this restaurant since I joined them. I have a great passion for Chinese food. My role in this restaurant is to serve people the food they ordered in a nice and unique way. We like to be a high quality restaurant where people happily come back to.
