Owner and chef Qiaochu Xue

My name is Qiaochu Xue. My father Tuomasi Xue founded this restaurant and  in 2014 he retired and I had to take the role of owner.
I prepare the food so I have a lot to do, but I don't mind because I love cooking.
 I always try to make the best food and I get a lot of help from my staff. My staff and I both have a passion for Chinese food and we hope to deliver great food to the customers.

    I like the blog that your team posted! I didn't expected that it would be that great. I really look forward to vistit your restaurant but the only problem is that I could not find the adress. Is it possible to give an answer to my question?

    I appreciate the idea of bringing a piece of you into Great-Britain and your wonderful restaurant. I understand you very well that you work with fresh ingredients.

    The background is very beautiful and inspiring! The pictures gives me a warm feeling inside and a noisy tummy. You have created breathtaking dishes. They really invite me to try them all. It's a huge advantage that you posted the prices next to the dishes.

  3. I liked the visit a lot.
    I also like the idea that you want to spread Chinese food in England so everyone can explore new food cultures and flavors.

    The employees were very friendly and open. That’s also why I felt very welcome in your restaurant. It is nice that it was founded by the family and that the employees are also from Great-Britain.

    The menu didn’t vary enough but every single dish looked delicious just like the dishes I ate myself. I was impressed by the melon cuttings of the chef, you could see he was a natural at it. It was very beautiful and there were a dozen of creative sculptures.

    The restaurants location is also very beautiful and the interior looked special in its own, unique way. The prices of the dishes weren’t too hard to pay but they do variate if u look at some dishes.

    In general, everything looked fine and delicious and the employees were great.

  4. Actually I don't like Chinese food, but you have convinced me with your amazing blog to come to your restaurant and taste Chinese food. I like the idea that you have a family restaurant, I think that the best thing in the world is your family and sharing a restaurant with them is very nice. I like the idea of having English and Chinese employees. You were very kind to bring us some tea and cookies at class. They were delicious, first I found that the cookies had a strange taste. But after a time, they were heaven! I wish you good luck with your restaurant guys! See you soon! Tess!
